"Helping people feel seen, heard and empowered."
I work with individuals and teens (12+) who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm. Many of the people I work with are used to holding everything together on the outside while internally feeling disconnected, unsettled, or constantly on edge. Some have tried different coping strategies, therapy approaches, or self-help tools but still feel like something deeper has not shifted.
You do not have to continue carrying that alone. Therapy can become a space where things begin to make sense, patterns become clearer, and lasting change starts to feel possible.
My approach is collaborative, grounded, and intentional. I offer a supportive environment where clients can slow down, feel safe, and begin exploring what sits underneath the patterns they are experiencing. I do not believe in surface-level work. My goal is to help clients understand the root causes behind what is keeping them stuck while ensuring they feel supported, empowered, and in control throughout the process.
My work is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, somatic therapy, DBT, and person-centered approaches. I am also neurodiverse-affirming and tailor therapy to each client’s unique experiences and needs. I have a strong focus on trauma work, including complex and developmental trauma (CPTSD), as well as anxiety and ADHD.
I bring over five years of experience in the mental health field, supporting individuals and youth navigating trauma, mental health challenges, and dual diagnosis across both community and clinical settings. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Disability Studies and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and I am currently completing my Doctorate in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I work with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, complex trauma (CPTSD), domestic abuse, sexual trauma, emotional overwhelm, and self-doubt. Every client’s experience is different, and I believe therapy should be adapted to fit the individual rather than forcing people into a one-size-fits-all approach.
“One day you will tell your story of how you overcame what you went through and it will be someone else’s survival guide.”
— Brené Brown
Outside of the therapy room, you’ll usually find me running, practicing yoga, or getting fully invested in a new hobby for about three weeks. That perspective reflects how I view this work: helping people reconnect with themselves, building resilience, and moving toward meaningful healing.
