"Helping people feel seen, heard and empowered."
Sometimes, experiences stay with you, showing up in your thoughts, your body, or in how you relate to others. You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward, even after trying to work through things on your own. If that resonates, you’re not alone, and there is space to begin making sense of it.
In our work together, I offer a calm, grounded space where you can slow things down and explore what you’re going through at your own pace. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and centered on building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. I’m comfortable sitting with complex emotions and supporting you through experiences that may feel heavy, confusing, or difficult to put into words.
I integrate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process difficult or unresolved experiences at their root, supporting your mind and body in moving through what may feel stuck. My work is grounded in a whole-person approach to healing, recognizing the connection between thoughts, emotions, and physical experience.
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work and a background in Psychology. I bring over a decade of experience across community and healthcare settings, including clinical counselling in primary care. My experience includes supporting individuals through grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, and working with individuals of varying abilities to enhance overall well-being and quality of life.
Therapy can be a place to begin making sense of your experiences in a way that feels safe and manageable. I strive to create an environment where you feel understood, supported, and able to reconnect with your strengths so you can move forward with more clarity and ease.
If you’re considering therapy, I’d be happy to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
“Speak your truth. Even if your voice and knees shake, speak it still. For those who’ve come before you long to hear it, and those to come will need it still.”

Outside of the therapy room, I find a sense of ease in the outdoors of Northwestern Ontario, the sky, the trees, the birds, and the breeze.
