Adult Therapy, Virtual Across Ontario Therapy, Youth Therapy
Life can feel overwhelming—whether it’s anxiety, stress, low self-worth, or relationship struggles. No matter your age, navigating these challenges is not easy, and finding the right support can be just as difficult.
I work with children (10+), teens, and adults to help them understand themselves more deeply and uncover the root cause of their emotional pain. I’m passionate about helping clients move beyond surface-level symptom management to achieve true healing. My approach combines curiosity, compassion, and evidence-based techniques to support meaningful, lasting change.
Therapy with me is collaborative and holistic. I value each client’s cultural identity, lived experience, and inner strengths. You are the expert in your own life—and together, we’ll work toward the goals that matter most to you.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and currently provide virtual therapy across Ontario. My background includes supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional dysregulation, anger, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. I’ve completed additional training in grief, ADHD, and trauma-focused approaches, including EMDR. Before becoming a therapist, I volunteered as a crisis responder with Kids Help Phone and the Distress Centres of Greater Toronto, supporting individuals in moments of crisis with empathy and care.
My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Outside of work, I love iced coffee, playing volleyball, drawing, and spending time with my family. One of my favorite quotes is: “It is not our abilities that define us, but our choices.” – Albus Dumbledore
